All items should be boxed and packed properly , otherwise we cannot collect the item and the customer will need to pay another charge incase if it’s the customers fault and the parcel doesn’t gets collected.
If for any reason we attempt a collection and it was the customers fault and they were not in or available for collection, then they need to pay a charge of £10.00 for us in order to re-arrange the collection for them as we get charged by our carrier for failed collections, so we cannot process another collection for free of cost . The driver will bring the labels which he will stick on your parcels, so you don’t need a printer & no need to go through all the hassle of printing and applying labels to your boxes. We will do all the work for you!
Just label your parcel with the address it is going to or simply / clearly write the address on the parcel
£100 insurance included for loss/damage
(Please note for damage goods claims - the receiver should sign for the parcel as damaged otherwise we cannot pay out insurance claims.)
